December Player of the Month... the results are in...

Since that loss in the 'derby' that he bossed, he's gone from the being the player whose demeanour screamed, 'gimme the ball, I'll show you what I can do...'
almost to that of a player asking 'is this how you get away with it Morgan?'

The sheer nature of that goal has - in my opinion - had such a demoralising effect on the side in general and perhaps Andre more.
He's classy, but needs similar quality around him and we don't have it.
Agree with this. I can't think of another club where one stupid mistake would lead to an entire club completely falling apart. The inferiority complex at the clubs core is as strong as ever. Shaking it off is going to take a monumental effort with no room for sentimentality.

I could be a million miles off the mark, but I reckon Marcel Brands will be addressing that - the inferiority issue - and psychological preparation as a major task anytime soon.

He's been here a few months now and I'm hoping he's picked up on it and is already making plans to address and correct this side of the teams training and preparation.

As the DoF, we have to assume he'll be given every available resource to turn things around, and as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I figured just fatigue, not used to playing so many games so quickly at that intensity.
... after a long lay off with injury where his fitness had probably declined, and then into a scenario he has never experienced - a full Christmas/ New Year schedule.

I know he's a professional footballer, but he also needs to managed to perform his best when he's on the field. My bigger concern is who is his back up.
