Debut Hattricks

The Everton debut thread, and mention of Tony Cottee got me thinking. Which other players have scored a hattrick on their debut for a club? Rooney famously scored a brilliant hattrick v Fenerbahce for Utd. I think Shearer scored one as a teenager for Southampton. Didn't Ravanelli score one against the rs on his Boro debut?

I'm sure I remember Ian Saint John interviewing Dalglish when he signed for the rs and mentioning that he had scored a hattrick on his debut.
