He’s a Technical Director at Brighton, their owner/ chairman and CEO call all the shots , decide which player will suit their style and buy them. If TFG have decided they’re going to replace Thelwell than at least get someone better, not someone who’s only merit is he once played for us.

Everyone complained this club became "a job for the boys" but then most of them want all our ex players in all positions... Get rid of the past, shake off the last 30 years we weren`t really that successful were we?
