Britain 2/0 up against the USA after a miracle from James Ward.
Swiss clearly don't give a thought this year looking at the team they have put out to defend.
Australia go 2/0 with young gun Kokkinakis pulling off a miracle as well.

The Bryans got pushed all the way earlier - not sure how much it was down to old father time and the player not a Murrays serve.

I would say it is the former. But how poor is the USA team these days? One of the worst periods in US mens's tennis you would have to say.
