A one-off splurge is not funding. Funding is consistent and leads to improvement every window. We need to fund our manager consistently - not use the club as a personal fiefdom for theatrical self-aggrandisement or for money laundering purposes.

You can’t complain “he wasn’t funded” if your own definition of funding him requires him to be here for more than a season and a half.
