People are unfair on both him and Hibbert. Both are great players and if they left we would miss them alot.
Not sure what you're getting at, but lets be honest, neither are great players..
I agree to some extent that both players bring something useful to the side, for example Hibbo can actually put a decent ball into the box while many others can't and he will score a 40 yard screamer before he retires..
Pip having learned a thing or two from his days at Utd offers quite good organisation, hence the pointing skills.
 

Agree, he's a good too have around for his versatility. Every team needs a player who can plug gaps when suspension and injury bites. And we do given out lack of cash. Aside some of his more cringeworthy moments in the press, I think he sets a good example to the squad in the way he conducts himself so is also useful to have around.

On to Hibbo - what is with his sudden development into an assist machine? Are Everton only allowed on full back who can cross? He's been making goals left right and centre since Baines got injured.
