David Marshall -Cardiff Keeper

It's well documented that there's a majority mistrust of our two current senior goalkeepers going forward. At the circa £5m that WBA are looking to pay for Marshall I reckon we should be all over this. Unless he's gone backwards as admittedly I haven't seen much of him this season but in a poor Cardiff team I thought he stood out as a superb keeper. Not many decent keepers about these days.

We actually had a deal in place for Marshall last summer. Then the Yankee helmet decided to stay.

I think he'd be a good signing, and an important one, can't see it happening though. Howard has made a few good saves this season but too many times we see the type of goal that Kolarov scored, where he leaves his near post completely exposed and concedes a goal like that from a narrow angle

Ok, give me some examples where he has let a goal in at his near post when the opposition player is at a tight angle close to the byline like Kolarov was.

We already have a goalkeeper who concedes lots of soft goals while making the occasional spectacular save.

Did you see the defense in front of him ffs! By all accounts if it wasn't for him Cardiff would've been battered ten nil every game in the PL. He was outstanding.

This. He's sooooo much better than our current two.

All a pipe dream. We're stuck with the worst two in the league.
