Yes Dave Thomas was my first Everton hero when I was at school in West Derby and first started going to Goodison.

I loved Dave Thomas, never forget that morning when I heard that we had signed him from QPR.

A proper winger, socks rolled down, no shin-pads, and laser like crosses for big Bob to knock home.
