if you're round about Goodison ways earlier on, the club shop can always be worth a look, used to get one or two of the players popping in there and sigining pictures and stuff on the morning of a game before all the big crowds turned up,
Davey Weir used to be great for it, not sure if any of them still do but prob worth a look if you're about
