I'm not slating him, not really buzzing of it either, don't really see someone copying others work as a creative powerhouse, I'm sure he's a decent enough actor, I've never seen harry potter so couldn't comment

I don't get this at all. You can enjoy someone's performance and go, 'That was quite good that, that takes a bit of talent to do that' without it being a completely brand new creative concept that only that person has ever done.

Amy Winehouse sold nearly half a million copies of Valerie and no-one dismissed that as not valid simply because it was a cover and that she didn't write it herself.
