70% snubbed them.

I did this a few years back to all the PL clubs, Everton sent me a signed photo and something else that I can't remember, I think Arsenal might have sent me a signed photo and Man Utd sent me a letter politely telling me to go away, all the others ignored me.

I used to work with his cousin and even he couldn't get anything out of the tight-arsed get.

Even if the players never received the letters and it was all handled by each club's fan relations department at least it shows ours is very responsive.

Given how bad some areas of our club are, for instance the commercial dept, it is a pleasant surprise.

But the article seems just as concerned with who didn't as well as who did, even though they say there's no guarantee the players even got the letters.

But then i don't see an issue even if they got them but didn't reply.

Pretty much my sentiment. It wouldn't bug me if they didn't. We really dont know how much they have on their plate. I'm just glad to see our lads made the effort and did respond. It's a bit above and beyond.
