Anybody who hates biased journalism and who remembers that football started well before 1992 should look away now.
The above guide contains;
1. In the first item, the lovable Jamie Redknapp shares a full page on how his beloved rs 'can take the extra step this time'. Is this mediaspeak for "it's rrr yeeeeaaaarrrr?" The extremely knowledgeable and ultra stylish ex-r reckons we'll finish 8th by the way.
2. The last page shows the all-time Premier League table. Can anybody explain to me why over 100 years of fantastic league football is so often forgotten? Perhaps it's because today's 'greats' such as Essex FC and Citeh don't seem quite as successful when their entire history is considered.
Just saying....

Is the Daily Mail still Tory? It seems to hate on everyone these days - something which I admit doesn't necessarily preclude it from being Tory.

That is exactly why they do it. To diminish the achievements of other clubs who have come through and overtaken them.
They are in complete and total denial about it. It's why they never shut up about that European cup. It is like a piece of broken wood
they are clinging onto for dear life whilst they flounder around in the sea gulping for breath.
The recent history of Liverpool for winning domestic trophies is shockingly bad - considered who they think they are. Therefore they will reinvent
things in a sad attempt to keep themselves relevant. Like the '2 points for a win' and 'the most goals scored outside the box' when they threw away
a 10 point lead last season. It's why the personal awards their players win are hyped to the heavens. It makes them feel more relevant. More important
and bigger than they actually are. Effectively all it does is increase and build the pressure on them to win the league. Why would you want to do that?
Klopp HAS to win the league this season. No if, buts, maybe's or excuses. If he doesn't then he has to be classed a failure regardless of the Champions League Lottery cup win.
