Customer Numbers

Tried posting this in ticket thread with no response so I'll go direct.

I've got a mate who wants to come the Wigan Cup game with me. However I'm a STH and he's never been to a game before so has no customer number.

First of all does he need his own customer number or can I buy two on my own number?

Secondly my ST seat is surrounded by STH's so there isn't any room for him to sit but me. Will I have to wait until general sale to get us a ticket together?

I'm in a catch 22 because I could make things easy for myself and just purchase my own seat today an I'm all boxed off. I don't want to end up with crap seats because I'm taking my mate. As a season ticket holder can I grab a couple of seats before they go on General Sale?

You can only buy tickets now if you've got a season ticket or if you're a member.

If he wants a ticket he could pay for a membership and i think you could buy two together (one on each membership), and your season ticket would go to general sale. I don't think you get the £5 discount if you buy a seat other than your regular one, although you'd have to check.

Otherwise you'll have to wait till general sale to guarantee two seats next to each other.

from what i recall you can purchase 2 with every customer number for cup games, hope this helps
