It is a happy day for the average US sports fan like me when Duke loses in the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament. Duke student Belle Knox gets no love from her university for proving that a thin, small breasted, not unattractive woman can make money doing porn.

Duke is the preppiest non Ivy university in the US. Tuition is over 45,000 USD per year. Their basketball team is always one of the best in college every year. They get the pick of the best high school players each year. Rooting against Duke is like rooting against the Yankees for most Americans. They lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament (biggest sport event here next to the Super Bowl). Think if the FA Cup meant everything and Man U lost to a league 2 team.

Arizona fan here. I think they have officially claimed the "First Round Flame Out" Crown from us. Couldn't happen to a more deserving squad.

and to further beglianod, they also get talked up every year, just like the same sides do in the Premiership.
