I'm starting yo explore the hotter stuff, only madras and jalfreizi which I can just about eat..

Can't see me ever eating the proper hot stuff alltho the hotter stuff s strangely addictive!

I just don't get Indian curry's, just tasteless for me.

I find the hotter you go, the less you can taste..

I love curry, was looked after a while ago by an Indian in hospital, asked her about curry, she was telling me her and her fella had tried loads of curry house in Merseyside but couldn't find a curry house they liked in the area.
I like a few but as they had been bought up eating proper ones in India they thought ours were tasteless.
Best ones I've had have been in Bradford, but Liverpool seems better for Chinese.

One of the things I miss about Liverpool, the Chinese takeaways/restaraunts where I live now are cack.

Curry and Guinness don't sit well together Eggs, I have first hand experience.

A curry conasauer told me years ago to have a red wine with it as they both bring out each others flavors, try it !!, always finish off with a few kingfishers though.

My usual order is a Chicken Tika Madras, mushroom rice and a cheese naan.
