Curries are just awesome. I think of them as the de-facto take-away meal, honed to perfection since the first generation of Indians.
It is damn hard to cook your own curry to anywhere near the standard that you can get in you average Indian restaurant, whereas with many other cuisines it's not too difficult to do a reasonable facsimile of what a restaurant would do with off the shelf ingredients. The UK probably does the best curries of anywhere imo.
Sag Paneer is probably my fav dish, though I'll happily eat literally anything on the menu.

The naan breads are well better than the ones in the supermarket.

I am not that big into Curry, but we have a local that we have taken several curry connoisseurs to, and they have all been pleasantly surprised at how awfully good the curry is.
My personal favorite is the Tikka Masala (boring, I know), but I have enjoyed a good Jalfrezi and Biryani as well.
