Mighty GOT,

I'm researching a project on a take-away/delivery chain of stores based on curries/tandoor food.

I'd like to know your main 3 reasons for choosing a curry for take-away and your spending limit per meal excluding drinks.

It will all end in a piss-take and ridicule, but serious answers are also appreciated.

Thanks in advance -

/Andy

1. Having to stay in/ not being able to go out

2. Preferring curry to other take aways

3. Good to eat watching a film on the telly

£30 - £15 pp

First!

1. To tired or late to cook. Or fancy a treat.
2. Because if the rich varied cuisine. I never buy from chains if I can help it (dull and predictable).
3. A tenner pp variable depending on quality.

My consultancy invoice is in the post.

1. It's become the regular Friday night thing. Put the kids in bed, few beers etc

2. Good quality, spicy, good to share

3. Normally about 10 per person, occasionally more

1. It's not as unhealthy as alternatives.
2. All my family likes it.
3. The shop is on the way home from work.

$40AUD (for 6 people)

Often more authentic and genuine than chinese take outs.

Some good veggie options

The kids love it

Only for the occasional treat

Authentic Recipes in my local (allegedly)

£10-15 per head

1. It's Friday or Saturday
2. Prefer it to Chinese
3. My favourite is Pathia and espite being a decent cook and following ~20 recipes, I can't seem to get it right.

Usually spend about £30 between the two of us but if there's a group of lads, we'll usually throw £20 each and split a load of extra starters etc

It's 8.33am and I'm proper craving a curry now!

That seems insanely cheap...

Curry is the best food in the world...cant beat a chicken vindaloo...

Cheese naan, chicken vindaloo and saffron rice...each person eats similar variants...

3 of us including drinks cos 90usd equivalent and 2 of us 60usd equivalent....so my guess would be about 20usd per person without drinks
