Dont pretend to be a tax expert, at all, but that looks nuts. RFC lend a player squllions, no tax nor NI is paid, then the "loan" is only repaid if the trustees, ie, RFC, ask for it back????

Me thinks they will not be the only ones using this, IMO. And it drives a coach and horses through the UEFA FFP rules.......

This, but of course the amusing thing in this instance is now the creditors get to go after Murray and the players of the era for a bit more - well £42 million and a bit - money.
