I hear you my friend. We want a stadium with atmosphere and proper fans. We don't want to turn into the RSNo they shouldn’t, we don’t want a stadium fall of middle class people and tourists. We want working class/low wage fans to be able to access the match. It will be obscene when they are eventually priced out of going except for the odd treat
And for what? The club is rolling in it with investment and to deals and sponsorship. Making the tickets 70 quid over 50 won’t do anything except further line the coffers of shareholders
But once the Americans roll in as owners game over. Sorry they want to maximise profits. The premier league is definitely not for the working classes anymore it was set-up to extract maximum cash and here we go Everton are now on the bandwagon. I feel it took us longer than most. My only hope is the change in style leads to some trophies, but perhaps then they become meaningless. I don't know i struggle with it all.
