I am heading to Dublin on Thursday to see the Stones play Croke Park

Any of you Dublin lids....how far is the airport from Croker?

Dublin Airport is only about six and a half miles from Croke Park. About a 15-minute drive.

As a Stones fan I'm jealous. You'll have a cracking night!

..I was in Dublin a few months ago and went past Croke Park on my way back to the airport, it’s not far.

Get the 41 bus outside the airport drops you off next to it.

Its a real GAA pub.
However its not in the best of areas.
Its the heartland of one the the crime gangs that has been involved in a feud that has claimed nearly 20 lives.
50/60 lads have Police warnings about threats on their lives.

Stay out of Temple Bar its a rip off
Where is your hotel ??

Fitzgibbon street is not great either to be honest.
Head into town ,Dame street ,Georges street area and get a taxi home at night
If you are interested the George on the bottom of georges street is the dublin equivalent of the Lisbon lol
