Council Houses

There are countless rows of houses being bulldozed in Liverpool, why does no one want them?
There has been a boom in the starter apartment/flat builds, specifically aimed at being the first step on the rung of home ownership.
Whatever bugs you, you can't turn the clock back to apportion blame to someone, it changes nothing. If you have some younger generation as part of your family, get your head down and work and loan them a few thousand to help them get started. Say you want it back when they sell it. You own your home, so you're alright.

blame? of course you can, its bad government decisions, banks being stupid by giving 5/600% of peoples income for mortgages fuelling a house price boom which was unsustainable, and as for me helping, i have to worry about my pension and future, again, because of inept government and financial sector.
as for houses being bulldozed, ask why? the council cannot build, so a PRIVATE sector housing association will be behind it.

Its raining. Bloody Thatcher. And Everton havn't spent yet, she is BK's puppeteer. And I want to be a foot taller, and much cleverer. Thatcher to blame for the lot.
Get into the mix and graft, or get overtaken by those prepared to do what you wont.

So bad Government decisions are responsible for no one living in sections of Liverpool? The thing about the property ladder is that it is a ladder. Find a starter and go from there.
You have to worry about your pension and your future. Since when was it all about you you you?
I highlight, why are the houses empty in the first place? Surely if an estate is deserted the actual owners would love to find a buyer or renter, and with such choice on offer, the pricing can't be so high. OR am I missing something.

I work, I'm self employed and on call 24/7.

I stick up for the rights of those in need, not necessarily myself.

you arrogant sod, i'v worked all my life, only to see successive governments and the damned banks fook it all up, now i'm, once again under a tory government, worrying about losing my job due to cuts. i have worked hard and done nothing wrong, yet will again bear the brunt of any s##t that fall from up top. get your head out your a''e and see whats going on in the real world.

maybe the owners wanted the tenants out to get subsidies to build new homes, its the current trend for housing associations. upgrade "unfit" housing stock. and its not about me, don't your read what people write? i would like to help my kids, but because of the current circumstances, i can't.
