Buckers

No idea what’s going on.
I would never make any comment against our club captain who is tremendous. BUT were big John Stones in his place would things have been different tonight?

Jags has been criticised for his positioning tonight something Stones seems to be a natural at. So although it would have never happened, if Woy had chosen him could he have done a better job?

for me yes, because he is a better player, jags did his best, but he isn't an elite player, stones will be, and is entirely suited to international football

I think Jags problem is more fitness than ability. Not played much before the WC and he has shown before when injured he takes time to get his form back. Still love him and know he will be a big player for us next season.

Dunno why there's such a hissy over this...Suarez burned just about every English CB in the league last season at some point.

Would've been so much better than the two we had at bringing the ball out of defence which is invaluable at this level.

Defensively I don't think he's mature enough to have upgraded on Cahill and Jagielka.

I can just see Uruguay drawing with Italy, so now that it's a formality why not play Stones against Costa Rica?

Hell, start Barkley too.... can't do much worse than the clowns that got wasted tonight
