Ignore rent, tuition fees etc.

How much money does the average student have to spend on food, drink, clothes etc each week?

Where do they get this from, with the removal of maintenance loans?

Genuinely wonder how they survive and still manage to have fun?

....let's not forget repayment of student loans, I'm afraid the costs of being a student are prolonged much longer than achievement of the qualification.

It's their own fault (Well the older student's anyway) for doing crap pointless courses like 'American studies' (Watch a hollywood film) and 'Social sciences' (Go the boozer) before tuition fees came in, that's what wasted the education money. :dodgy:
