Anyone know is the 2nd leg being televised, cant see it on the listings, pity if its not after the brilliant first leg.

Good 1st leg mate!

Couldn't believe Mineiro conceded number 2 last few seconds - I thought the CB and GK thought each was getting it and it clipped the underside of the bar and in.

Overall though I thought they shaded the game...should be a good game 2nd leg and I can see them making a fist of it...Olimpia are defo favourites, but the fact there's no away goal rule in this final gives Mineiro realistic hope.

EDIT:

Live on ESPN 8am-9.45am Thursday, repeated at 8.45pm-10.30pm Thursday night.

Nice one mate, I was looking at the similar time slots to the 1st leg.

Reckon if the defender doesn't try to get back on the line the keeper saves it.

I only caught the last 35 minutes of it and what I seen of it was thought Olimpia would be kicking themselves. They had some poor misses, one an absolute sitter, but then Jo nearly scored a cracker at the finish so could have went the other way too. The drama at the finish sets up this one nicely, i'd have fancied Mineiro with just the one goal, especially with the away goal rule was wondering what the story was with that.

Some atmosphere at it too, more of the same in Brazil.

I work with a fellow Olimpia fan. He will drink himself to sleep if his team ties or wins it today.

Cmon Olimpia this would be their 4th copa if they can defend themselves in Brazil.

The Paraguayans put on a cracking atmosphere when I saw them play Chile last month. It was played in Olimpia's ground, and there were plenty of their barras there behind one goal. They never shut up throughout the night, despite Chile taking the piss on the park.

Early Mineiro goal and this final changes very quickly!

Been impressed with Ronaldinho in the matches I've watched from the QF stage. Just sitting a bit deeper and pulling the strings.

The Mineiro manager is comical with his spangled religious icon t-shirt praying outside the dugout!

Over the two legs Olimpia only have themselves to blame, two great chances first half to take the lead and most likely finish the tie, both resulting in poor, tamely struck shots straight at the keeper.

You know its not going to be your night when your striker rounds their keeper only to slip and fall over.

Some poor peno's, surely the first one is a re-take though, although keepers have been getting away with coming off their line for a long time now.
