Son (wearing nice Everton away shirt): Ok.

Me: Take that shirt off though, I don't want you potentially ruining it.

Son: I don't have any other shirts.

Me: Yes you do. I don't want you wearing that shirt.

Son: Well what do you want me to wear then?

Me: I don't care, any old crap shirt will do.

Son: (without missing a beat...) I don't own a Liverpool shirt.

At first I was thinking $50 sounds a lot for a sidewalk / pavement. In the UK across the front of the average house that would be about 5m and 5 minutes work. Then thought possibly Texts .... Possibly 1 mile and best part of a day.
