Bought a Ulefone T1 6gb ram as a present last Christmas from coolicool's eu warehouse for less than that

Pros - good build quality, very good spec for price, good case included, looks and feels quality
Cons - shuts down of its own volition from time to time, think it took a few days longer than expected to arrive

Happy overall and you could probably get a newer model now within budget

You can't put how long it took to get there as a con for the phone. That is a result of the retailer you chose, not the phone.
