just seen footage of the first moon landing and even though I know it did happen there are bits in it that do get me thinking.

Surely it did happen

Main one is when they are jumping about because of no gravity, the dust moved like it would me kicking sand on the beach.
Also his was the flag waving, and should they of been casting shadows

If it was faked the soviets would have got wind of it and exposed it to the world. They managed to get agents into the Manhattan project, the Apollo project would have been childs play.

Theorists have even suggested that filmmaker Stanley Kubrick may have helped NASA fake the first lunar landing, given that his 1968 film 2001: A Space Odessey proves that the technology existed back then to artificially create a spec like set

And as for Virgil I. Grissom, Edward H. White and Roger B. Chaffee — three astronauts who died in a fire while testing equipment for the first moon mission? They were executed by the U.S. government, which feared they were about to disclose the truth.

The footage may or may not have been ruined on re-entry no-one knows, NASA says it was stored somewhere and subsequently erased/recorded over, nonetheless it was never publically shown and is not available today. The footage you are watching is from a camera that was recording a 10 inch monitor at ground control, its about 10fps and 320dpi.
