Conor McAleny loan to Charlton

Think it's a decent loan move for the lad. Should get some game time in a decent football playong team.

Gives him chance to play competitive football at a decent level. If he does well, it either gives Martinez a nudge towards thinking of him as a real possibility for first team footie here or gets him in the shop window.

If it doesn't work out at Charlton then he's not lost anything by giving it a go.
