Player Valuation: £380m
10 Years in charge of a Premier League Club is a massive thing.

He took us from the bottom and he made us a force again, gave the fans 2 great trips to Wembley, took a banana to a gun fight and nearly got us in the CL all with a net spend of 2.5m per Season.

Hopefully at some point a new Board will come in and untie his hands and then hopefully he can build a team to challenge the very top.

So I just wanna take this chance to say congrats Mr Moyes and heres to another 10 long Years.

And in a rare moment of reflection, the 48-year-old told evertontv of his pleasure at having led the Club for a decade.

“It means a great deal to me,â€￾ he revealed.

“It means I am really privileged to be at a Club that has given me a chance to manage for such a length of time.

“It is not heard of that often. Obviously people like Arsene Wenger and Alex Ferguson have done more than 10 years but in my era I think it is rare for anybody to do that length of time at one club – particularly at a Premier League club.

“Sometimes it does feel like 10 years but I have to say it has gone really quickly.

“I certainly don’t feel 10 years older than when I first came in. I still feel the same, have the same enthusiasm and the same hunger for success I had when I first came in. I always try to be ambitious and do well.â€￾

Spoken like a True Blue. Yes he drops clangers but who doesn't?

The fact that Spurs and maybe Man Utd are looking at him not Wolves and Blackburn says volumes.

love moysey but sometimes dont understand WHY he be's so negative
and dosent go for the win when needed, not just because the derby
the small teams we do **** against too and dont win draws not enough against some
of them were better than that,

enough moaning now ^ pissed of like most of us,

but for any manager to get ten years in the prem just thinking of how many managers have been
sacked is an achievement weather he's deserved to stay sometimes or not, some of the things other
managers have said about him, wenger, harry etc just shows he's a talented manager and obviously the
money hes been gave isnt half as much if that of other clubs even lower clubs so all together, i think hes
done a boss job

think most of its frustration seeing us under walter fighting to stay up an now weve got a squad that
should be up there were desperate to see something happen weather its europe or a trophy,

got alot of a better side with him but we need to start playing like that and not poor one day good the next.
an swerve these bad starts to the season.

- The Everton boss is now the third longest serving boss with one club in English football, after Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.

- The 1-0 win over Manchester City in January 2012 was the Scot’s 150th managerial win in the Premier League, the fourth most after Ferguson, Wenger and Harry Redknapp. He is only the third to do it with a single club.

- Only Ferguson and Wenger have won more Premier League Manager of the Month awards than Moyes, who has won eight in total so far (at January 2012): November 2002, September 2004, January 2006, February 2008, February 2009, January 2010, March 2010 and October 2010.

- Moyes has won three League Managers’ Association Manager of the Year awards, in 2003, 2005 and 2009 – a feat matched by only Sir Alex Ferguson.

- The Toffees’ fourth placed finish in 2004/05 remains the highest since the 1986/87 championship-winning campaign.

- Only Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs have won more points than Everton in the Premier League since Moyes joined in March 2002.

- Moyes led Everton to a first FA Cup final for 14 years in 2009 in statistically the hardest run by any side reaching the final. During that campaign Moyes became only the second manager to knock out Manchester United and Liverpool in the FA Cup in the same season.

Cant argue with facts.

He's a very good manager. I think some people will only appreciate him when he's gone. I'd like to believe that it's Moyes who's holding the club back and if we replace him then everything will be better as that would make our problems simple. Sadly I think replacing Moyes would be harder than some may think.

Except last night. Or any time we play a team which has spent a few quid, even publicly stating so in the build up to these games.
