Not quite. The service is designed to sort companies current and future data into either gender, probably for marketing purposes so that they can differentiate their approach to men, women, toasters etc.

Not too sure mate. I just remembered a kev1 from TEF I wasn't much of a poster but did take notice to him having differences with many of the members. I've moved over here myself now seems much better
