Going to see Noel Gallagher in March wondering on places to stay ?

Seems to have myriad metro stations around it, just get yourself a place anywhere in the city and hope the tube out there.

Metro is €1.70 a journey, or €13.70 for ten tickets, one ticket will get you anywhere on the metro. I just stayed at a quite nice Best Western at Les Halles near the Louvre and Pompidou Centre, close to 3/4 metro stations and the Ile de France. About €100 a night for a double room the weekend before Xmas.

If you're staying overnight then go for a hotel. If you're staying 2+ nights, take a look at an apartment on ownersdirect.co.uk - great bargains to be had and you can get a real experience of life in the city rather than just an identikit hotel.
