Ladies and Gents,

AVAST free or you can even pay for it. NOD32 is light weight and Russian so its a very good product. TBH security essentials for a freebie is OK just make sure your operating system gets updates regular.

Comodo.

Great firewall and decent anti-virus. Backed up by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program.

Jobs a gud 'un!

After reading this and checking it out and seeing as it's coming from somebody who obviously knows a bit about this kind of thing, I'm changing to comodo. Cheers @Dylan

I originally came across Comodo from rob_japan (RIP rob, damn that little runty dog!!!) who in turn found it from a forum of hardcore hackers who all used it. So I came to the conclusion (before I started edu-ma-cating myself about such things) that if a bunch of paranoid hackers use it to protect themselves from each other.....then I probably should too.........

Cheers, installed it yesterday thanks, and changed to their browser too, as Mozilla has been on the decline for yonks and i'm never going to use one associated with Google. Speed seems okay.
Anyone know when using a 'virtual' browser would be useful please ?
