Coming to Goodison

Would be mcuh easier for your saturday game if Blackburn adn BOlton hand'nt of been relegated. Man City or Wigan are your best hopes (dont know who's at home etc.) Could always go watch Preston if they are at home... But there own fans are a bit raged at some things that are going on there.

A stadium tour is good, but sometimes difficult to just turn up for, I did that for my daughter and they had no space left.

Strongly recommend you book the tour in advance. As people have already mentioned, there aren't any stadium tours on match day so bear that in mind.

You'll be fine for tickets. Obviously the earlier you book, the better seat you get. Go for the Lower Gwladys if you want to feel the atmosphere, or the Park End if you prefer having a better view.

There's plenty of pubs within a minute of Goodison where you could be able to meet up with some members on here.

PM me if you have any more questions or need help closer to the time (y)

Is that 100% ???????
I really hope not cause that will chuck a major spanner in the works for me. Or it could also work out a bit better, i may get to see a bit more football somewhere else.
Maybe might be able to catch a game in Manchester or even somewhere in London???

United are trying to punt season tickets via the web, local papers, national papers, seriously though, can you not change what game you are coming over for?

Watto, mate. Are you absolutely blotto when you typo these postos?

I'm loving the passion.

Nah mate im as sober as St Nick. Just the way I explain things and my Aussie slang. Im in a corporate environment Mon-Fri pretty much 12hrs a day so when Friday is done i want to be the real me!!

No because im in Malta and already tied up with commitments pretty much my whole trip. Fly back to Australia on Sept 22. :-(
The only real time I have free is that week of 10-18th.

I def will be pre booking the stadium tour then.

Whats the chances of getting a matchday ticket for City considering they are champions after all (and the glory hunters/johnny come latelys will be flocking there)

PS: the gwladys are where the active support/bogans such as myself are hey??

Watto, I don't mean to rain on your parade, but Liverpool is a bit different to anything you have in OZ. When you get to the ground the area is a bit sort of run down, the ground has seen better days and the pubs are not for gentle folk. The atmosphere on a Monday night, under the lights, will be amazing. But don't build it up too much, just accept it for what it is and you won't be disappointed. Have a great time lad........

Absolutely fair enough. I'm Australian, too.

It's hard booking a flight over to the UK and trying to get a game in. You just have to go to what is on when you're there. But any game at Goodison is brilliant if you've flown 30 hours to get there!

Everton manager David Moyes has revealed he has had no contact from Tottenham following the departure of Harry Redknapp and declared himself happy at Goodison Park.

The Scot has been linked with the vacant manager's job at White Hart Lane, along with Wigan boss Roberto Martinez and former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas, following confirmation in the early hours of Thursday morning that Redknapp had been sacked.

Moyes told BBC Radio 5 Live: "All I can say is that I have had no contact and if I had had any I would have told my chairman (Bill Kenwright). I hope to meet all my ambitions at Everton but you never know in this game."
