Cockchafers*

Just had a hairy run in with three of these effers.

Caught two in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. Horrible noisy gits and completely jihadi.

Can't post photos or the vid I took of the two in the kitchen wrestling.

Anyone fancy posting a pic of one of said fellows would be appreciated.

Baffled as to where the name originates or how it was earned.

Hellishly loud, especially when thwatted and launched with a book.

I shifted some turf on Sunday and apparently their grubs burrow into lawns
