Their is no way you get a suspended sentence for class A drugs , had a major fallout with my eldest (20) who hates him but I looked into it and the starting point for class a street dealing is 4 years.

The lad in question used to make £800 profit a month.

Thoughts and cheers.

Class A drugs are:

Possession up to 7 years and/or a fine.
Supply up to Life and/or a fine.

Sounds like he was just fined as if he's making £800 a month he's a minnow in a very very large pond.

People are making thousands a day. He's probably singing like a canary as well.
