I think the club shops are absolutely terrible for merchandise. There is not 1 thing that can be bought for a new born boy. Not 1 single thing. I went in Everton 2 last night and honestly there was nothing i could buy. There wasnt even a dummy available! They said they dont sell any baby stuff as no-one buys it. This must mean that there are no new born blues coming through as the 1st thing surely that anyone wants there new baby in is there teams football kit. The shop is just full of kits, hardly anything alse just rack and rack of shirts. No wonder there was nobody in there. Wouldnt surprise me if it closed down soon.

thats unreal i bourt both my boys baby grows an dummys bottles ect 2 years ago it come to around 40 pounds if the club want to snub 40 pounds off one custermer then cry poverty its no wonder we dont compeat for transfers

That is pretty pathetic.

Is it the same online?

They said they were expecting baby grows in. It was a joke, absolutely pathetic. A tiny corner upstairs with pink babygrows was all the had in. I said id try online an they didnt reply so im not sure if it is. No wonder the club is skint and most of the kids around end up supporting the filth, the club is ran terribly from top to bottom

For what its worth, I bought a match worn shirt from the e-auction official site.. The certificate of authenticity was a bit of scribble on a headed letter..

The marketing of the club is always a joke, and its made even more comical that they just have to ask Sir Terry Leahy for some advice, and as a blue, Im sure he would give it !

I agree with you mate. Start of the season I tried time and time again to get my girlfriend a ladies top. Nothing. No word on the site as to when they'd be available, so I just stopped looking. They may be out now, as I haven't checked, but its no way to do business.

Also, last year I had an American friend over who I've brain washed into being a blue. Took him to his first game and got him a home top. He's a goal keeper so I obviously tried to get him a keeper top. 3 months prior to his arrival I tried to get one, but they were sold out. I waited and kept checking online. Eventually I emailed the sales support asking when they were getting more in and I got a reply saying they didn't know.

So that's at least £100 the clubs lost out on because they can't react to demand or preempt what's going to sell. It's pathetic.

Thing is mate, the new little fella in our family would get all 3 kits if poss. Thats a ton in itself. Not only that, there was nothing i could get him. Nothing, not even a daft plain babygrow with the crest on. Nothing will change because nothing is ever made of it. When i had a little go, they just looked at me as if i was stupid. There probably all red ****e who run the shop and work in it. I hate the marketing of the club, it has always been a joke and like i said, it will never ever change

Nah.. I was after the signed Everton Fifa 13 cover though.. forgot about it.. gutted..
Got a few bits off the site, they are good like.. just the certificate was a let down ( as a bit of a collector )
