Club Merchandise & all round sales.

Firstly let me apologise if this is covered already. I did use the search function but I only came across a similar thread that was from 2012 and was locked, hence the reason I created a new one.


I went into the EvertonTwo shop earlier on to buy one of the Christmas jumpers and saw that they only had 1 2XL in all adult sizes and a handful of others in kids sizes. I thought they must have more in the back or on order so i decided to queue to then be told that is alls they have and they dont intend to order any more which is just crazy cause they could sell them all day in the run-up to Christmas. Then to just top it off a lady next to me enquired about gift vouchers and was told we had sold out of them and they take 2-3 weeks to print!! She was advised to buy Liverpool One vouchers and put them in an Everton envelope.

Can't even blame Kitbag on this one as surely they do not make the Xmas jumpers too! The club really could be a goldmine, it's a shame to see it run as badly as it is being.

Its been like this for years now. the problem is the club do not anticipate people actually wanting to buy things from them and therefore the management from that side of things is quite poor.

I would love to know an insider perspective though as my opinion holds no facts compared to someone who works for them and knows how it all runs.

It's an easy fix really,I just don't buy merchandise

Now my kids have grown and I've personally never worn club merchandise it's not a problem I encounter,in fact I never even enter either shop

However when my kids were small I bought them all three kits each season and consistently ran into problems with regard to Everton stuff,it's nothing new unfortunately

Even if we all put the merchandise issues aside because myself included have had numerous issues regarding them. The thing that got me worst of all today was the fact they have no Club Shop vouchers. This is basic, very basic. All shops sell more vouchers in December than any time of year, and it takes 2-3 weeks to print vouchers?? Are you having a laugh? So no club shop vouchers until after Christmas, thats very basic stuff we shouldn't be failing at.

Im not suprised, this is the same shop that didn't have any kids kits on sale on the first day the home kit was launched, numerous customers were walking out putting their money back in their pocket, again it's very basic stuff that seems beyond them.

Well this is new, came in expecting a story about how great the service and supply of goods was in the run up to Christmas. Email the club or Mr. Elstone with your customer number and I'm sure he'll sort something out for you or at least look into the issues to get them resolved quickly.

Just buy one of them properly jarg kits from the market where you iron the badge onto a bog-standard blue football shirt.
