matt jackson was a bit plop

Good going forward, rubbish defensively. Would fit in well.

Southall, Parkinson, Watson, Hinchcliffe, Unsworth and possibly Rideout for me. (not like we are blessed with strikers and he was a decent goalscorer).

Unsworth being in my team would be purely down to the player he was at that exact point in time. He was a tremendous player until his England call up when he seemed to go down hill.

We finished 15th in the league that season though.

Didn't win in the first 8-10 games if I remember and Royle came in November and we were bottom. Our form from November onwards was top 6 form I think mate. We were a good side once Royle had them believing in themselves.
