Love it. Played it tonnes, tho not in a while. I'm on half term all next week, if you fancy some MP gimme a shout.

I thought this was going to be a thread about ancient civilizations?Disappointed, i was going to put something in about Aztecs again. Tell you what though, this computer game thread seems to be evolving at a rapid rate though, it's like knotweed at the moment.

I've put about 150 hours into it over, most of that coming from a week off once when the missus went to visit her family in Manchester. I had to stop and calm myself down a bit. Still play a game now and again though because it's an absolutely amazing game! Looking to get the new one "Beyond Earth" when I get paid to waste more of my life away.

Scared to buy any of the Civ V games, was ridiculously addicted to Civ IV.

I remember playing the original back in college...many, MANY wasted nights playing that silly game.

Dread to think how much time I spent on Civ IV, not just playing the game (or replaying from a saved start

) but also on websites looking at best ways to use various leaders etc.

I've never felt as close to the French as I did winning a Cultural victory with Louis.

I lost a month of my life when I found the Civ app for free on my iPhone. Not even a good game, but still...

Massively addicted to every Civ that's ever come out. Including that one knockoff that let you build sea and sky bases and went centuries into the future.
