City - As Much Class as Jordan & Katona

I admit that I used to like City before they become such unbearable pieces of left over burberry material.

Mark Hughes
Thinks he's a good manager. Has no respect for anyone else in football, and also has a very short memory.

Too cry like a baby and say he was robbed yesterday when it was clear why the time was added on and if he bothered to read the rules before spouting his mouth off then maybe he would gain some respect. Nobody is going to respect a man like that.

He epitomises the kettle calling the pot black. Wasn't he part of that team that scored incredibly late on against Sheff Wed back in the early 90's? I think he was. Was he complaining then? No. So why is he complaining now? Because he's a [Poor language removed] bag, that's why.

Loved the way MOTD2 totally called him on it and made him look like the **** he is.

Bellamy
Has ability, has pace. Has no class. Why is he walking over to a fan to smack him in the mouth?

And while we are at it, why has Hughes defended his actions? It had nothing to do with him, just like it had nothing to do with Cloughy when he did back in the 80's - Cloughy was out of order then, and Bellamy is out of order now.

Adebayor
Has shown so much disrespect for the club that gave him his chance and made him the player he is today.

And again while we are at it, why is Hughes defending his actions? He clearly made an effort to celebrate in front of the Arsenal fans, and that could well have caused so much trouble in that part of the stadium.

Lack of responsibility for his actions, and his manager backing him just shows where his head is, and it's clearly not a responsible one.

I know there is probably loads of City threads, but I wanted to put my penny's worth in - on one thread.

I don't think there has been a side that has lacked so much class in all my days watching football. I like Liverpool more than City, and that's saying something.

Hear hear. Like Chelsea a few years ago, except they weren't a bunch of arrogant tw*ts, just extra rich.

Chelsea were never arrogant about it though.

City seem to shout for everything even though they are massively in the wrong - and they do this because they believe that big club status allows you to claim stuff that is ludicrous. It's embarassing.

cant agree more.

i never thought i would want man utd to win a match but i did yesterday.

hughes should shut his fat gob, he will be unemployed by next summer, and no one will have him because he is such a sour [Poor language removed].

They're nothing to do with us so why lose sleep over them? You don't generally get upset unless you care in some way. Not sure City are worth caring about (not saying they're crap or anything before any City fans jump up and down - just that they're not my club so who really cares?). As Oscar Wilde said

"Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much."

Sure, if it's your bag, knock yourself out mate :) Just seems a waste of energy to me.

Well Football is my passion. It's just as important to me as perhaps cycling is to you, whereas you would be interested in all aspects of Cycling, like I am interested in all aspects of football.

The other end of the scale is salivating over Barca and Messi, nothing to do with Everton, but largely to do with the sport I love.

I have thought this too, i still can't stand the RS the most, but City are now a very very close second. As i have mentioned on here before, there fans are horrible, classlass people which made me not like them anyway.

With Chelsea, when Ambramovic came in, they were already a top 4 team, even knocking on the door of the title, they were established, even enjoyed a bit of success. What were City before money?? A rot of a club.

As someone pointed out to me yesterday, Barry, Tevez, Adebayor, Robinho, Toure and of course Lescott, all sell outs. Would they have dreamed of wearing the sky blue of city before the money men came in - would they sh1te!

Will they put everything on the line for that team like Jags, Neville and Carsley did when he was ours? Not a chance! Why? Because at the end of the day know the real reason why they are there. Not for pride, not for ambition and certainly not for the history of Manchester City Football Club, they are there for money!

No matter how sh1te Everton ever play, at least i know all our players are with us because they chose Everton (or Everton chose them!)

Mark Hughes, ahhh, i used to respect that man, i really did, he himself has now sold out his principles now. City are turning into that club everyone hates, good, because i can't stand them or any of there horrible Manc fans.

Aye, true, and you do get a lot of folks bickering on cycling forums about whether Lance Armstrong dopes and all that. Can't see the point myself, life's too short aint it? (y)
