To Blue sky and maine road man, I suppose the queuing up of city supporters to smack an Everton fan on his own didn't happen either?
I didn't read this in the echo, I saw it with my own eyes.
You are correct in that we all have dickheads following our clubs, and something like this will have ours looking forward to your next visit to Goodison hoping in particular for a night game.

They won't be pulling out though. Not a chance of that.
Our 200m academy is built on the former 80 acre Clayton Aniline chemical works that took 2 years to decontaminate. They sourced local labour and gave several unemployed people jobs to construct site. The academy has a built in College for Academy players to learn new skills if they are not good enough to become a pro footballer. The academy is state of the art and regarded by some as the best in world football, and is starting yo bear fruit producing yesterdays hat trick hero 19 yr old Kelechi Iheanacho. The Arabs have also had houses built in the area at affordable rent for locals unable to get on the private property ladder. All this is in an area that was possibly the most run down part of the city. The South stand has been expanded by 6000 last summer and the North stand expand is imminent,

They(ADUG) have delivered every promise and more, so why would they pull out ?

It doesn't put us in a good light that's for sure, I have witnessed several cowardly acts by "hard" boys myself In the safety of their mates for back up. Any Evertonian who comes in my matchday local the Victoria will be welcomed if they behave as will any away fan apart from Man-ure fans for obvious reasons

I had a couple of pints with a city fan in the supporters club in Ashton, no problem whatsoever. I hope the "hard man" in the green parka wants to make himself known that he is coming, I know a few lads who want to see if he is as brave when someone can hit them back.

Why are you using the phrase "I suppose --- didn't happen either"? That would suggest that I denied that the incident with JJ and his Dad occurred. Which I clearly didn't do.

As for the lad in the green parka, I doubt very much he'll be attending any City games home or away for a while. I expect there's enough evidence that will lead to the club identifying him, leading to a stadium ban. Probably a lifetime one. Which I believe will be an appropriate punishment and hopefully deter other people from doing the same thing in the future.

I like City fans, some good friends who followed them through the bad times.

This is awful, but I know they would say something. Unfortunately we have bad people in the world.
