I think he will get the death penalty though. I'm going for death row for two years then lethal injection. Colorado is one of the states that still uses the death penalty, although I am not sure if people would prefer he was just locked up for the rest of his life. I'm always intrigued by capital punishment.

Oh by the way, Switzerland has a higher density of guns per person, and they don't go round murdering and shooting each other. Are guns the real problem here, or rather the mentality of the people using them?

Just to weigh in, when I lived in Tampa, 75% of my friends owned guns, but never ever used them and they all had them hidden well away, it was just as a potential security measure in the unlikely scenario that they would be burgled or attacked in their homes. I still disagree with guns though,and it would be far worse in this city unfortunately. Tampa is just a lovely place, Liverpool not so much.
