It's mainly the cheaper ones init. I work in a shop, and it's ones like Pall Mall and Players and that, they do 19 not 20. No idea why.

Maybe i'm just a delicate and whimpy smoker, but i always end up smoking a 20 deck of JPS or Royals or Windsor's about twice as quick and make myself feel awful for about ten minutes after smoking them.
