I thought that but just been reading that baccy is getting banned. As a social smoker, I prefer menthol these days so probably going to bite the bullet and order a vape

I'm always intrigued when passing or standing near to vapers. They seem to smoke sweet and fruity flavours.
If I started to vape I think I'd go for a tobacco taste. Do they come in tobacco flavours?

I know the tar in tobacco is bad but is it not possible to imitate the aroma for use in different products?

I tried them. Really disgusting. I’ve always been a social smoker after a few drinks but trying to knock it on the head as I wake up feeling like I’ve smoked a load of wood clippings.

I've never smoked. My Dad smoked 40+ a day. When he was doing his arranging at the piano in the front room, if you went in it was like walking through a pea-souper fog. He stopped smoking at age 45 and lived to be 93.

Less and less because it's far more expensive these days, there's less supply because of the more stringent laws (18 etc.) and many are more health conscious.

More and more vape because it's cheaper, cooler and apparently with less health concerns. The fact that the major tobacco brands own big shares in them...

I stopped at the age of fifty, like many I imagine. I do miss a decent smoke though - roll ups of A1 or Dutch tobacco.

Part of the pleasure was in the manufacture of the things. Ritualistic.
