The only highlight for me is a programme which divides TV watching opinion more than a box-set of marmite. The last ever episode tonight of Derek, an hour long, so double the usual brilliance.

He's a complex individual for sure. I really like Derek though. At its best it is poignant and relevant. At its worst, Kev is just crude. Loved his father of the bride speech last night............

It's preachy rubbish. Gervais' 2nd worst character acting, after his role in Night At The Museum 2 (which goes down as one of the worst acting performances of all time).

I thought it was going to end with a nice compliment to the bride, but no! Made it funnier imo. Would love to have the stones to do that in real life.
