Christmas presents 2021

Mrs. Tree has piled on the pounds during lockdown because she's a greedy, lazy sod. Therefore because I love her and care for her long-term health, I have bought her a new pair of trainers in the correct size, and some nice clothes for her that are too small. Hopefully she gets the hint.

If that doesn't work, she'll be getting a framed photo of me and one of our mutual female friends, who is slim and athletic.

I predict my gift this year will involve a frying pan and the back of my skull.

The Everton star / stripes limited edition warm up shirt (very nice) from my son. Lots of chocolates been on a diet for 12 months and lost 3 stone so I must prepare myself to put the weight back on. New keyboard and mouse. a few bottles of rose wine (I know I am a tart drinking rose) and 6 large bottles of Tsingtao lager and lots of usual socks, boxers, polo shirt, trackie bottoms and a few money gifts etc etc. Overall not a bad selection of presents
