You can't beat a good strudel. Magic. Of course you can get them in England too but they're not the same.

Both of my mom's parents were wizards at baking. So strudelicious it was. Sadly, my mom's a better cook than she is a baker.

Hams sidekick will probs be reindeer rolls or such. Im going to market soon....Lets see..

Not sure. Usual Christmas day is a turkey with veg etc, not really into that tho.

Bockwurst und Kartoffelsalat is tradition here, when the kids get back from church about 6 ish they crack into the present that are under the tree, puts them on a level that cocane makes and it's murder gettin them into bed do we do the British way, 5 o'clock ish Xmas morning.thats about the time me and my misses get back from town.
Fun time is pullin the bird out if the over and stikin a fork in it too see if its done, bladed puttin my hand against the side of the oven burning myself and drop the goose fat all over the floor..

Will be putting out a carrot and milk for Rudolph plus a mince pie and sherry for Father Christmas tomorrow evening.

Even though my kids are 17 and 14 they still want the traditions maintained.... (brings a lump to my throat tbh)

Got a group of friends and my sister coming round. WIll be drinking from mid dy tomorrow. Presents at midnight.
