I always come down stairs with my kids to Z Cars playing in the background....

Ha, nothing will better that

I've got an hour and a half drive down country lanes in a bit, hoping I will make my Christmas Destination in the Snow!!

I've been told to expect a lot of booze, and I can only have 2 soft drinks on the day....could be a messy one this year

Merry Christmas all

Heading north to mum's in Middlewich. Across to Goodison for boxing day. Flying to Krakow the following morning for in-laws late xmas. Back to London for NYE.

Merry Christmas, everyone. God bless us, one and all. Viva GOT! Viva Everton!

It's the first year ever my Nan isn't with us so we're staying at home all Christmas and it's the first year ever my brother will be waking up at his own house so instead of getting up at 6am to open presents we have to wait for my brother and his girlfriend to come round then finally open presents at like, 9am :/

Then EAT LOTS OF FOOD! :D

I'll probably get up about 1pm then spend the rest of the day avoiding anything christmas.

So i'll be posting on here and playing poker badly.

And watching the discovery channel or other similar channels.

Out of bed around 7, possibly earlier. Broadhurst clan bail downstairs and have a mammoth present-opening session, centered primarily around my youngest sister, coupled with sausage and bacon butties with cups of tea all round :). CD player then comes on, usually with a bit of Buble or something similarily chill or festive, whilst we banter and discuss our presents. Then we get dressed, have a drink or two, and sort out the dinner for a bit later. What we do after that is up to us - though it usually involves more drink and banter (with some xmas TV thrown in for good measure) :D. This year though, I have the added pleasure of Skype calling Helen whilst we open our presents off each other. Looking forward to it. :)

1) You shall be woken up at 5am by your phone :P
2) Yeyyyyy presents!

Probably wake up at about 10, laze around for a while, have a shower, have breakfast, then give in to temptation and open a couple of presents at about 11.

Then down the pub probably. If i'm not still feeling like complete shoite. Back home, help my mother with Christmas dinner. More drink. Eat. Then drink. Then eat more.

Good plan, non?
