Christmas "cocktail cabinet" - what's in yours?

We did this last year, I remember.

For us:

40 bottles of homebrewed ale.
12 bottles of Spanish red wine (A variety, delivered by Laithwaites)
3 Bottles of wine (gifts)
5 bottles of wine (2 white; 3 red) - residue of previous Laithwaites delivery.
1 bottle port
2 Bottles dry sherry (fino or manzanilla - none of that Harvey's Bristol Crap)
1 bottle Plymouth Gin


Hmmm...

Still need some cava and a nice malt whisky, I fear......

1/2 bottle of Pernod
various white wine

3 pipsqueak ciders
