I like Morrison. Looks like a Moyes player. Versatile, hard working and all that. Going back to Brunt, would swap him for Billy in a heartbeat.

Brunt has been playing more centrally recently for WBA has he not? As much as I like him, and I really do, (like many people have said already he's stood out for me in their team) I don't think we need another winger cum central midfielder. I'd rather have the real deal, an out-and-out winger.

Except that it's widely agreed the Baines/Pienaar partnership was great and Pienaar was definitely NOT an out-and-out winger?

The modern game is all about wing backs, not wingers. A Baines/Brunt partnership would be unbelievably effective IMO.

I love how we can make a thing we all agree upon escalate into deep discussion of what modern football is all about.

I drooled a bit, thought about it, i agree, now i'm going to bed.

This is from Sky Sports, saying us and the Kopites are interested.

Got to say, I highly rate this lad and would love him at Everton. Unbelievably underrated. Best left foot in the league for me, including Baines. He's just at an unfashionable club which has seen him slip under the radar, but I rate him as one of the top three left wingers in the Premier League.

I'd be more than happy with Chris Brunt at Everton very underated in my opinion!

Seems like a good player but I'm afraid he'd be something of a scape goat if he came here and ending up bearing the brunt of most of the criticism levelled at the team.

Chris Brunt, Nzogbia, Messi, Dean Ashton and Guisepi Rossi and Gerald Sibon were the focal points of my all conquering Football Manager treble winning team in 06/07 for Sheffield Wednesday. Graham Alexander took the penalties....

Can't see this happening but to be fair I quite rate the lad, Dorrins is also good at the Albion

If he was called "Christophe Bruntas" from a foreign league theyd be all creaming themselves over him.

Decent player, unfortunately none of our board members have ever or will ever dip into their pockets.
